Shipora is an e-commerce and distribution platform operated by Shipora Corp. Shipora acts as the principal merchant of record for all transactions made through the platform. We offer retail products, business packages, and dropshipping services to registered customers and distributors within the Philippines. All payments for orders placed on the platform are received by Shipora Corp.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our services. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate an account at our reasonable discretion, including for violation of these Terms.

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, images, and prices. Prices are stated in Philippine Peso (PHP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, and modify or discontinue products or packages at any time without liability. Business packages purchased by distributors are subject to the separate package and distributor terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase subject to these Terms. An order is confirmed once payment is received and the order is accepted by Shipora. We accept payments through our authorized payment providers, including cards and e-wallets processed via our payment gateway. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including where fraud or an unauthorized transaction is suspected.

Orders are fulfilled either from Shipora’s own warehouse or, for certain catalog items, by accredited supply and logistics partners shipping on Shipora’s behalf. In all cases, Shipora remains responsible to the customer for the order. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier, and circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

Returns and refunds for retail and dropship orders are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Business package purchases are generally non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in the package terms.

Customers who purchase a business package become distributors and gain access to platform tools, discounts, and the product catalog. Distributors agree to represent Shipora and its products truthfully and lawfully, to comply with all applicable laws, and to refrain from making false, misleading, or unauthorized income or product claims. Commissions, discounts, and incentives are governed by the applicable marketing plan and package terms, which may be updated with reasonable notice. Distributor status may be suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms or the package terms.

You agree not to use our services to: (a) violate any law or regulation; (b) infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any party; (c) upload false, misleading, defamatory, or unlawful content; (d) engage in fraudulent transactions or chargeback abuse; (e) resell or list prohibited or restricted goods; or (f) interfere with the security or operation of the platform. Prohibited and restricted items include, without limitation, illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, adult content, gambling products, unlicensed financial or investment products, and any item whose sale is prohibited under Philippine law.

All content on the platform — including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and software — is owned by or licensed to Shipora Corp and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent. Content you upload remains yours, but you grant Shipora a non-exclusive license to host, display, and use it as needed to provide the services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shipora and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the services. Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law, including your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines.

If you have a concern, please contact our customer service first so we can resolve it. Most issues are settled quickly and directly. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the proper courts of Taguig City, without prejudice to any applicable consumer-protection remedies available to you.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
